Bienviendo. Here is a little information about me.

Born in the Canary Islands, lived in UK, Mainland Spain and currently in PNW (USA)

I love Operations. That is why I studied Computer Science and Business Administration as I understood the importance of having technical knowledge but understanding the business side was also key. I have been managing the rollout of telecommunication services my entire career. Starting with 3G, then 4G, just recently beginning with 5G and cannot wait for the next G.

During my entire career, I have come to understand that no matter how good you are, how many hours you work, the most critical part is the team. Showing the team the importance they have in achieving the project’s goal is critical for the success of any project. In my view of the world, the best way to do this is to lead by example. If the team doesn’t see the leader care, how can you expect them to care?

I have a wonderful partner in life. Together we have a daughter. I love them all beyond words.

I believe in continuous improvement and listening to the team and customer to make sure we are delivering in the best most efficient way.
